The journal provides immediate open access to all its content in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

All articles published in the journal are freely available for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, and linking without any financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the Internet.

Users are permitted to reuse the journal’s materials provided that proper attribution to the authors and the original source of publication is given.
