Waiver Policy

As publication in the journal is completely free of charge for all authors, no additional fees are applied. In particular, the journal ensures a full waiver of any charges (fees) for processing, peer review, and/or publication of articles submitted by third-level higher education applicants (PhD candidates) enrolled in publicly funded programs, provided that such articles are single-authored.
