Scientific Journal "Public Administration and Law: History, Theory, Practice" is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal founded in 2021.
Aim and Tasks
The aim of the journal is to create an open scientific space for professional communication between theoretical researchers and practitioners, as well as to publish the latest research results in the fields of public administration, governance, and law.
The main tasks of the journal:
- To publish high-quality original scientific articles highlighting current issues in the theory and practice of public administration and law.
- To promote the development and popularization of interdisciplinary research at the intersection of public administration and jurisprudence.
- To provide free and open access to scientific information to support societal progress and the integration of Ukrainian science into the global information space.
Aims and Scope
The journal serves as a platform for scientific communication between theoretical researchers and practitioners. It is dedicated to publishing research results in the fields of Public Administration and Law, focusing on the following areas:
- Public Administration: Theory and practice of public administration; state and local government; public policy and governance; public sector management; digital transformation and innovations; regional and local development.
- Law: Public and administrative law; legal support for public authorities; administrative process; anti-corruption legislation; European law and implementation of EU norms.
- Interdisciplinary Research: Legal foundations of public administration; regulatory support for public policy; administrative and legal mechanisms for implementing management decisions.
Target Audience: The publication is intended for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, PhD students, undergraduates, and everyone interested in the current issues of public administration and law.
