The article considers the problem of forming the professional culture of future restorers in the system of modern art education of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is due to the need to preserve cultural heritage in the conditions of globalization, digitalization and active socio-cultural transformations. It is emphasized that the professional activity of a restorer requires not only thorough professional knowledge and practical skills, but also a developed system of professional values, ethical responsibility and awareness of the social significance of preserving cultural heritage. The paper clarifies the essence of the concept of "professional culture of a future restorer", which is defined as an integrative characteristic of a person, combining professional knowledge, practical skills, value orientations, professional ethics and readiness for responsible activity in the field of restoration and conservation of cultural heritage. The main structural components of professional culture are determined: cognitive, activity, axiological and personal. The structural model of the formation of the professional culture of future restorers is substantiated, which includes target, content, procedural and effective blocks. The pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of professional culture are determined, including: the implementation of a competency-based approach, interdisciplinary integration, practice-oriented training, the development of professional ethics and the creation of a developmental educational and artistic environment. Particular attention is paid to modern trends in the development of restoration education in Ukraine. It is noted that the digitalization of the educational process, the use of 3D modeling, photogrammetry, digital documentation and other innovative technologies significantly expand the possibilities of professional training of future restorers. The importance of integrating Ukrainian art education into the European educational space and the development of international cooperation in the field of cultural heritage restoration is emphasized. The article defines the criteria for assessing the level of formation of the professional culture of future restorers: cognitive, activity, axiological and behavioral. According to the level of formation, the initial, sufficient and high levels of professional culture are distinguished. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed model and pedagogical conditions when developing educational programs and improving the professional training of applicants for artistic specialties in higher education institutions.References
