EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE SYSTEM OF ARTISTIC TRAINING OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of forming the emotional intelligence of future primary school teachers in the context of artistic training. The theoretical approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to understanding the concept of "emotional intelligence" are analyzed, the essence of the specified phenomenon as an important factor in the readiness of a future teacher for professional activity is revealed. Various definitions of the concept of "emotional intelligence" are highlighted and its essence and structure are generalized in accordance with the professional activity of a primary school teacher. The significance of emotional intelligence as an integral component of the professional competence of a modern primary school teacher is substantiated, which determines the quality of pedagogical interaction, the effectiveness of the educational process and the psychological comfort of the student environment. It is emphasized that a high level of development of emotional intelligence ensures the ability of a future teacher to adequately recognize their own emotions, regulate emotional tension, prevent conflict situations and create an atmosphere of trust, support and cooperation. It is proven that emotional awareness and flexibility of thinking contribute to the formation of an individual style of pedagogical activity, increase students' motivation for learning and their social adaptation. The significance of such components of emotional intelligence as empathy, the ability to self-regulation, and communication for the pedagogical activity of future primary school teachers has been established. It is emphasized that it is these personal qualities that ensure effective interaction with younger schoolchildren, taking into account their age and individual characteristics, and also contribute to the creation of a favorable educational environment focused on the development of the child's personality. The potential of artistic disciplines as an effective means of developing the emotional sphere of students has been analyzed. It has been established that involvement in various types of artistic activity contributes to the deepening of emotional experience, the development of the ability to empathy, reflection, and emotional self-expression..References
