The list of sources should be presented in a separate section titled List of References.

If the cited article has a DOI, it must be included in the bibliographic description. If you are unsure whether a DOI exists, you may search for it by title or author name on the website https://search.crossref.org/.

Formatting the References Section

Bibliographic descriptions of works originally published in Cyrillic must be transliterated and translated into English: article titles should be translated into English, while authors’ names should be transliterated (not translated) and arranged alphabetically in the reference list. The title of the journal or collection of scholarly papers should be translated into English and italicized.

All publication details must be provided in English rather than transliterated. Thus, instead of “s.” the abbreviations “p.” or “pp.” should be used (e.g., 123 p. or pp. 11–12), and instead of “t.” (volume), “vyp.” (issue), and “№” (number) the forms “vol.”, “issue”, and “no.” should be used; “Ред.” should be rendered as “Ed.”.

For transliteration of authors’ surnames, the official electronic service may be used: http://ukrlit.org/transliteratsiia.

The reference list should be formatted according to APA Style (7th ed.)

At the end of each bibliographic description, the language of the original work should be indicated in parentheses.
