Анотація

У статті здійснено теоретико-аналітичний огляд сучасних зарубіжних досліджень феномену лідерської компетентності. Проаналізовано еволюцію наукових уявлень про лідерство від теорій рис і поведінкових концепцій до ситуаційних, трансформаційних, автентичних і компетентнісних підходів. Розкрито передумови формування поняття лідерської компетентності та уточнено співвідношення понять лідерства, лідерської компетентності, лідерської компетенції, лідерського потенціалу та ефективності лідерства. Виокремлено чотири основні напрями концептуалізації лідерської компетентності: особистісний, поведінковий, компетентнісний та інтегративно-системний. Проаналізовано їхні особливості, відмінності та внесок у розвиток сучасних досліджень лідерства.

Охарактеризовано найбільш впливові сучасні моделі лідерської компетентності, розроблені Р. Бояцісом, Л. і С. Спенсерами, М. Мамфордом та Д. Деєм. На основі їх порівняльного аналізу узагальнено сучасні уявлення про структуру лідерської компетентності та виокремлено її ціннісно-етичний, когнітивний, емоційний, соціально-комунікативний і організаційно-управлінський компоненти. Запропоновано авторське визначення лідерської компетентності як інтегративної характеристики особистості, сформованої в процесі навчання та набуття досвіду, що забезпечує ефективне виконання лідерських функцій у різних соціальних і професійних контекстах.

Виявлено основні дискусійні питання сучасних досліджень, пов’язані з відсутністю єдиного визначення лідерської компетентності, множинністю термінології та проблемою співвідношення універсальних і контекстуально зумовлених компетентностей лідера. Визначено перспективні напрями подальших досліджень, серед яких особливе значення мають цифрове, розподілене та інклюзивне лідерство, а також розвиток лідерської компетентності в умовах невизначеності та соціальних криз.
